As a full service EMS provider to the military markets for over 45 years, PRIMUS Technologies Corporation produces over 50,000 cards and subsystems annually. Our products range in technology from Plated Through Hole (PTH) to ultra-fine pitch SMT, including various packages of BGA's and substrates.

PRIMUS performs AOI, AXI, JTAG, boundary scan, in-circuit, MDA and full functional testing on all military products. We will develop or work closely with your team as needed to design software and fixtures. All protocols are developed and mutually defined to insure the application specification is fully tested. Repeatability and reliability (R&R) studies and a correlation analysis are conducted with our customers.

HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening), which includes liquid nitrogen blanketing, vibration testing and thermal shock, is available. PRIMUS has extensive burn-in capabilities and IC programming is conducted on site. Whatever environmental testing you may require, PRIMUS is completely equipped to replicate that testing.  We apply multiple types of conformal coatings and encapsulation epoxies and resins for the harshest of environments and applications.
