Our commitment to assure the success of your program starts with our Program Management Team. Your account will be assigned a program manager, program engineer, material specialist, account specialist, quality assurance representative and engineering test lead. The Program Management Team will have the necessary resources available to assure PRIMUS Technologies Corporation exceeds your program requirements.

Your entire experience is directed by our program manager. It is our responsibility to assure effective and efficient communication between your demands and our requirements needed to guarantee complete program success.

Our program team will:
  • Manage new program start-ups, including transition from a current EMS provider.
  • Establish timelines and delivery requirements.
  • Manage cost reduction initiatives and pricing issues for new and existing requirements.
  • Evaluate and communicate your total program needs effectively throughout our organization as well as the customer’s focal points of contact.
  • Lead continuous improvement concerning overall program goals, through our Six Sigma Program.
  • Manage every aspect of critical elements required for program success from start-up through program maturity.
  • Provide continuous feedback for design for manufacturability and cost reduction efforts.
  • Manage internal timelines and communicate status and potential issues.
  • Measure the level of customer satisfaction by the means of yearly surveys in order to get honest and accurate feedback.
